To be perfectly honest, there isn’t anything I dislike about Fillout. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Fillout is easily the best form drag and drop ive used. It works first time everytime, I dont have to second guess it. I also love the range of functionality as I have not yet had to do a work around or bodge to get through what I want. As a compliment to airtable this also makes it overall super powerfull.

Lastly, the customer service has been prompt from a human and extremely helpful where the guides or tutorials havent covered what im after. There is an air of common sense to the team supporting and this is unique in my experience with similar platforms. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The only critique is the ease of managing billing receipts etc. As these need to be exported manually through stripe and not automatically sent through to a billing contact like most. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Fillout has been extremely helpful for our team. We've been utilizing Fillout for our surveys and intake forms for several years now, and love the ease of use, customization abilities, and advanced features offered.

We're able to customize surveys in such a way that meet the brand guidelines of both our and our clients' brands, while implementing advanced features to improve accessibility, readability, and overall user experience.

Compared to other form builders I don't have any "I wish they had" comments because in my experience it is being thoughtfully developed. There are so many free features it feels silly to complain, however if pressed I would say there are a few premium features that are somewhat unachievable due to the gap between free and $50+ / month. I am coming from Airtable where I have found some limitations and very slow R&D, very late in implementing "must have" features. With Fillout, I have the same simplicity, the same "no code" approach, but with advanced functionalites that are really impressive. i run a small webdesign and online marketing agency in vienna. My Services are based on Speed, clear overwiev for my Customers and easy userexperiences.

Fillout made my entire Workprocess, wich was kinda tedious and long, insanely fast and efficient (still building the entire infrastructure tough...some upfront work but thats ok). From its Ux over logic and calculations to integrations and payment as well as scheduling really makes this an absolute nobrainer to use in my opinien - especially if you like drag and drop solutions.

On top of all of that they have smart pricing plans as well as an awsome customer service. I had an issue, got in contact and recieved a reply from Kathrine within minutes. She solved my Problem within seconds and was overall very helpfull and polite.

I know a review from a small, starting company may not be as much of a boost but i can recommend for everyone in every industrie. The amount of solutions you can build with this thing are insane!!

Fillout provides a wide range of features that would otherwise be unavailable in Airtable's native forms. This allows you to create complex forms with conditional logic, file uploads, and other functionalities for both staff and customers. Each time I build a form I discover something new that leads to continuous improvements within our business processes.

The user interface is well-designed and easy to navigate, making it simple to create and customize forms without needing extensive coding knowledge.

Fillout is constantly evolving at a fast pace, and new features are being added based on user feedback. This demonstrates the company's commitment to improvement.

While calculations are possible within forms, the process can be less intuitive and require more time investment to achieve the desired outcome. There might be a learning curve or need for exploration of different approaches.

Stripe payments from Fillout forms are not transferring the transaction fee correctly into the accounting software using Zapier and Wave Accounting. The same Zap works correctly with Stripe transactions from several other sources, making this appear to be a Fillout issue. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

There so much that I love about Fillout that I dont know where to start! its seamless integration with the world best and most advanced cloud databases and automation applications, its amazing detailed granual controls, permissions and edits of forms, its amazing and simplistic themes and field types, its teams consistent and energetic development and shipping of amazing updates.. not to mention their beautiful and enthusiastic customer service and care for their members... Given my own experience of almost 2 years now here is really hardly anything I can mention that is negative about fillout! I wish them and our community of coustomers the best productivity and prosperity! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The layout is superb. The feature set is robust and only improving over time. There are very few form builders that can be as complex as Fillout. There are NONE that can be as complex while maintaining the ease of use and simplicity. Seriously. I have used dozens of form builders and will never use another. Fillout is incredible. Very few downsides and I say this as a self-purported super user. My largest issues are:

1. An inability to organize both folders or workspaces (This is mostly because I have so many forms)

2. I would love the ability to have nested folders in workspaces. (Again, a TON of forms).

3. The organization above would be awesome for logic and calculations. The logic builder is so robust and intuitive but I have some forms with almost 100 calculations and being able to organize them into folders would be awesome.
