My experience in using join.me for the past 2 years has been very exciting and solving many issues of remote connection and communication with hybrid team of office users, remote users and on-site workers. Using it for weekly meeting discussion or as emergency meeting session is easy, to host a new video conference is quick, adding new member to participate only require their email. Two option to entering the platform, either install the software on computer, or implement it easily from smartphone. Even though they don't give access to many integration option, the available integration with Miro is easy and very efficient for virtual whiteboard operation. Low learning curves and training session needed to start using the video conference tools has make it the best choice for video conference platform to collaborate with customer. Simple implementation that run on web-browser without the need to connect with other third-party tools/software to run. Works great as our weekly/month meeting platform, branch department doesn't need to visit HQ for meeting, saves time by using virtual meeting. Easiest virtual video conference platform that give great experience to guest participation to join virtual video conference, simple steps to participant to join, it only need for invitation like to the meeting room or verification code, both ways grant an access without ever need to setup any software, in-browser application is available in any situation. Easy implementation for both host and participant, no designated hardware is require just any device with internet connection and web-browser is fine. Tools like file sharing help members to share file on the meeting, screen sharing to satisfy presentation display need, and integration with digital whiteboard help to collaborate on visual display is easy to connect. Customer support work best when we are contacting by administrator account, they reply faster than when using normal account. I appreciate join.me's simple operation and instruction to connect people and adding participant to the virtual meeting session without going with confusing registration or setup and installation. Guest participant only need to enter the correct meeting verification code. Hosting several virtual meeting in one day is possible, no time limits is imposed on each session, making it the most suitable platform for our business needs. Integration is easily available, but not needed as every tools for an effective virtual meeting is already available, especially to collect poll and voting decision, screen sharing as visual collaboration and easy implementation on laptop/tablet. join.me provide simple yet effective communication platform, from one place you can have quick chat channel, audio conference and email management. Keeping track on conversation with team is easy. Access to the chat is instant, just install it on smartphone as implementation if you always need to keep in-touch with you team for daily usage. Getting help from customer support for advance configuration to install integration with software like Apache is quick, they always available to help customer when we faced technical issue. What we loved about this platform is how easy it is to hosting a virtual meeting session, anyone has the option to create it, just select the conference room type, add the date and time for the session, and invite participant to into the room. We use it for 2-3 session everyday to connect with customer for product description and to teach them how to use it directly. My complaint with this platform is with their software integration operation is really hard. No option is available to connect with cloud storage software which is very important to share document with participant. Implementation for this software is easy, unfortunately to connect with third-party software is not happening. Customer support also isn't very helpful to get a quick respond to fixing problem, it takes them 2-3 working days to reply for support ticket and we have to waiting for their respond before able to use the software back. Great things about join.me is the platform is lightweight and easy to use. Creating for new meeting session is simple, just fill in the room names, add time and date for schedule session, and add list of participant email to invite them to the session. We use it almost everyday to connect with customer for product support and to help them understand our product offering. Customer support is very helpful, every time we had issues like disconnected audio or video, they instantly fixing the session and we can get back to work as soon as possible. Integration is not easy, no auto connection with software like Miro for virtual whiteboard. We have to run the program separately from the video conference. To host a virtual meeting is easy, just select the meeting objective from the template, add participant and click the launch button. We use it 3-4 time a weeks for project discussion and to invite client to participate on the project brainstorming session.
