* Seamless Salesforce Integration: Rev.io auto-logs calls, notes, outcomes, and AI insights directly into the right records in SFDC, (and uses a custom 'Conversation' object to house this information as opposed to parking all of it on the standard task object in SFDC)
*Real-Time Conversation Intelligence to aid sales on their calls: We have the ability to enable live call coaching and AI-driven cues during conversations our sales reps are having with customers(e.g., talk ratio alerts if the rep is speaking too much, objection handling prompts as they arise on the call, etc.)
*AI-Powered Call Analysis: Post-call transcription and tagging of key moments (e.g., pricing discussed, competitor mentions) are logged in SFDC after the calls, allowing us to gain valuable insights into sales trends and areas to optimize in our conversations. The ability to set up our own keywords that we'd like to capture in sales calls is extremely valuable.
*Strong Customer Success support: Throughout our long relationship with Revenue.io we've had outstanding customer support in helping us not only set up key functionality and offer best practices, but also to help troubleshoot when we run into roadblocks. There is nothing specifically I'd say I dislike about Revenue.io as a solution, other than as of now, Revenue.io does not offer a native integration with Google Meet video meetings for call transcription, however- this is on their product roadmap in the near future.
