What do you like best about Qwilr?

I use Qwilr mainly for client proposals and business documents and it has made my work much easier and more professional. The thing I like most is the wide range of templates that make proposals look polished without me needing design skills. I have been able to turn a plain sales pitch into a visually engaging page in minutes. The ability to embed videos, pricing tables and images directly into the proposal makes it more interactive and impressive for clients. What do you dislike about Qwilr?

What do you like best about Qwilr?

Qwilr is one of those rare tools that just feels good to use. It’s sleek, fast, and visually impressive without needing a graphic designer in the background. The finished product always looks professional, modern, and a cut above your average PDF proposal or deck.

The biggest strength, though, is the support. Their team are actual humans, responsive, personable, and quick to help. Whenever I’ve forgotten how to do something (which happens if I haven’t used it for a while), they’ve been right there with real solutions, not just help articles. That’s rare.

I also find it brilliant for client engagement, the ability to share a beautiful, interactive proposal and get the agreement signed in the same place makes it really smooth. It's particularly helpful when you're building trust or presenting something new. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Qwilr?

If you’re not using it regularly, there’s a learning curve each time you come back to it. Not steep, but enough to slow you down. The interface, while intuitive once you're in flow, isn’t always obvious when you're juggling multiple client versions or trying to do something more advanced like conditional content or custom pricing tables. As a relatively new user, I haven't developed any negative impressions so far. In my early experiences, the platform is performing well and seems suitable for adoption by this experienced sales account executive. Their customer support response has been great and FAST so far, and I love that they are out to make the same impression on our company as we wish to make on our own clients and prospects! What do you like best about Qwilr?

We have been using QWILR for several years now and find it very simple to use, integrates with our Salesforce CRM smoothly. However, the best thing about my experience with QWILR is how fantastic the support team are, very quick to respond to support emails (although often you can speak to someone on a live chat) and they are always so helpful. I am not a developer or anything of the sort (but kind of yook on the role of Admin for our Salesforce CRM and all its various API's. What do you dislike about Qwilr?

I just wish there was an "undo" feature when making changes to templates, if you delete something in error you need to retype it rather than being able to hit back or undo (i suppose that feature is just to insure against my carelessness but nevertheless it would be an improvement id like to see!) What do you like best about Qwilr?

Qwilr has been a lifesaver for me. We used to have a very manual solution for proposal creation that would take upwards of 30+ minutes per proposal. Now I can create a very detailed, tailored proposal in less than 5 minutes. From the very beginning, the implementation was seamless and super easy to use. The integration with Salesforce is also super helpful. Qwilr is the tool I use most often in my day to day and I couldn't be happier with our decision to use it. What do you dislike about Qwilr?

The only downside to Qwilr is the reporting feature. It can be rather confusing to use if you are unsure of what you are looking for. What do you like best about Qwilr?

We have actually tried a few different alternatives to Qwilr, so far Qwilr comes out on top in terms of integration, customer services and the number of features. It wasn't particularly easy to implement, as we needed to create the template from scratch, however the customer support team from Qwilr offered to gather our info from our domain and created one for us, which if we were to do ourselfs would be a lot of manhours. What do you dislike about Qwilr?

Qwilr is not great when it comes to its pricing tiering. While the pricing is attractive in business account and we are allowed to assign as little users as we need, the enterprise account is way too expensive and a lot of good features are locked behind this much steeper pay wall. Qwilr has made our proposals very unique, most especially in our industry. We've gotten great feedback from our clients on how impressive our proposal looks, most especially clients in the tech industry.

Their added features has also been very helpful with how we deliver our message through our proposal.

The analytics feature is also very helpful. It gives me an idea when I should follow up.

I love how smooth and seamless it is to just drag and drop something in, making it easy for my boss to review and share, with quick adjustments. I love the saved blocks and the ability to insert different types of media content. I appreciate real-time updates and the draft/live setting. I find Qwilr's drop-down features and overall user interface incredibly useful for creating complex company documents without them looking crowded. The ability to easily attach videos and images enhances the presentation. The tracking features are exceptional, providing insights into client engagement, which is very efficient for our sales team. What do you dislike about Qwilr?

I find the adjustment of the Arabic interface lacking, particularly when dealing with Arabic translations of company documents. Qwilr doesn't support text rearrangement from right to left, as required by the Arabic language, which limits its usability for Arabic content. Additionally, I miss having an integrated feature similar to Calendly within Qwilr that would allow clients to book meetings directly after reviewing documents, which would streamline the scheduling process and enhance client interaction.
