What do you like best about respond.io?

The platform is user-friendly and straightforward to navigate. Having a unified inbox for all our communications across different social media channels has been a great advantage for us. Respond.io’s customer support team stands out for being both helpful and quick to resolve any issues we encounter. The AI Agent is particularly valuable, as it not only provides our customers with detailed information about our products but also assists our team in better understanding customer needs, allowing us to serve them more effectively. The Workflow feature is also beneficial, automating routine tasks and freeing up our team to concentrate on other priorities. What do you like best about respond.io?

It is a very comprehensive tool, it allows you to connect multiple channels in one place and speeds up response processes in IT and commercial teams. Its technology is another reason why I prefer Respond.io Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about respond.io?

I don't like their prices, the messaging market in Latin America tends to be mostly plagued by curious and less qualified prospects for message sales. In the long run, the costs overshadow the advantages of the application, and companies end up rejecting it for less technological, more economical, and profitable applications in the long term. This is not an assumption, it already happened to me with a client I had. It is an excellent tool, but the long-term costs make it unfeasible for companies that are in the phase of scaling their business. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about respond.io?

We liked how we could manage whatsapp templates Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about respond.io?

They way they treated our team after payment issues, I spent hours on the phone to the bank teying to get them paid as their charges were suspicious and they were flagged.

We sorted it and explained but we paid for the overdue invoice and explained the issue and they told us we paid for the period the account was frozen when the account was inactive.

We explained but the account was inactive there should be no charge and we couldn't pay because there is something suspicious on their side, we just want what we paid for becaise the payment issie has caused us to waste a lot of time. They refused to help and kept the money and wanted us to pay for 3 months while only having received one month of the service.

Charging for services you didn't provide is no right and we assume that is why they are flagged. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

As per our Terms of Service, accounts in a frozen state remain technically active in order to preserve customer data and continue processing incoming messages. This ensures no message is lost and your WhatsApp API connection remains uninterrupted. Charges during this period are valid and in line with these policies.

"The omnichannel solution to all of my problems"
What do you like best about respond.io?

Its omnichannel solution. It has genuinely solved my biggest issue. I run an education consultancy where we handle student inquiries about studying abroad. Students can reach out to us via email, whatsapp, instagram, facebook, tiktok, or linktree. First, the fact that I can receive inquiries from all sources in one inbox is crazy and makes things so much easier. Also its API and integrations are good. For instance, i automated the website forms i receive or linktree forms i receive from students to be sent directly to my respond.io inbox with a comment with using its integration and API in make.com. Basically, regardless of the source of the inquiry, it will be send to my respond.io inbox and will be assigned automatically to one of my staff. Also their customer support is top notch. They will get back to you immediately, and even hop on a call with you if you have any technical issues. Genuinely one of the best customer support i have worked with. I use this app on a daily basis for a year now i do not plan on changing it, mainly for their support. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about respond.io?

I feel like their workflow triggers could use some more work. For instance i cant trigger a workflow if a message is received or something. I dont know... it is missing a few customization. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about respond.io?

We've been using respond.io for our company and it’s been super helpful in managing all our customer chats in one place. We get inquiries from WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook, and email — it gets harder sometimes when a customer jumps platforms so merging contacts has been great.

Being able to Sort customers into stages has been great for Lead Management to nurture those leads into conversions. I've been shopping around for CRM softwares but none of the big names did well. Glad I found respond

What do you like best about respond.io?

Respond.io is a cornerstone of what we use to get around to client queries. Recently with my permissions to optimize work flows, usage of life cycles and ability to use closing notes, we have Spearheaded how we as a company track our clients and gather useful information that both improves the lives of our clients and company alike Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about respond.io?

There are a lot of things to like about respond and now it even has a dark mode. The only feature that could still use work is filtering out certain chats. As to filter a chat you would need to manually add filter a filter and before heading back to what you were doing it prompts you for "are you sure you want to remove filter". Respond.io makes it easy to manage all our customer conversations from WhatsApp, Messenger, TikTok, Email and more in one place. We love the ability to create multiple workspaces for different departments and teams, keeping everything organized. It also lets us segment customers based on their lifecycle, helping us tailor our communication. The best part is the detailed reporting—it's easy to track staff performance and customer progress. What do you dislike about respond.io?

From my experience, the platform is a bit costly, especially for growing businesses like ours. The MAC (Monthly Active Customer) limit tied to the pricing plans can be restrictive as our customer base expands. Also, one major hassle is with WhatsApp calls—we can’t call customers directly.
