"Great Tool for Identifying Website Visitors and New Leads"
What do you like best about Leadfeeder?

Leadfeeder gives us valuable insight into who is visiting our website and helps us identify potential clients we may not have reached otherwise. It’s straightforward to use and provides clear visibility into which companies are visiting our site. The integration with our CRM makes it easy to follow up with the right people at the right time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Leadfeeder?

Sometimes the data on smaller companies can be incomplete, and not every visit turns into a meaningful lead. Pricing may also be high for smaller firms. The contact information provided isn’t always perfectly matched, so it still requires some manual research. The dashboard can feel a little limited compared to more advanced analytics tools. "A precious tool for lead generation"
What do you like best about Leadfeeder?

Leadfeeder has become an important part of our lead generation process. In addition to our internal use, we have created custom feeds to share with our external commercial network (agents and distributors). With the recently added AI features, Leadfeeder has become even more useful, giving a lot of insights and precious data. Even though we do not use them for a number of reasons, the many integration capabilities add a lot of potential to this already powerful tool. Customer support is top-notch. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Leadfeeder?

The quality and accuracy of lead data is not always up to the mark. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Powerful Tool for B2B Sales and Marketing Alignment"
What do you like best about Leadfeeder?

What I like most is the simplicity and clarity of the user interface — it’s clean, intuitive, and very easy to use even for new team members. The Salesforce and Google Ads integrations work smoothly, helping us connect anonymous website visitors with real intent signals and feed them directly into our CRM and ad workflows.

I also really appreciate the Promote feature (programmatic ads). Being able to pull the list of companies visiting our website and retarget them with ads in just a few clicks has been a game changer for our marketing campaigns.

And for sales, the tool is incredibly effective — it helps our team identify high-intent leads based on IP data, giving them rich insights into which pages the company viewed, their journey across the site, and even what keywords they used to arrive via Google Ads. That level of visibility makes outreach much more targeted and impactful. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Leadfeeder?

While the platform is very useful, I find it to be a bit expensive compared to similar tools on the market. For the price point, I’d expect even broader company coverage — as there are other solutions that can identify a higher volume of website visitors.

That said, Dealfront compensates for this with the depth of insights it provides on each visitor — like their page journey and Google Ads keywords — which is not something every competitor offers. Still, a more competitive pricing model or flexible plans could make it more accessible for smaller teams. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Deeper and Smarter Website Analytics for Account-Based Marketing"
What do you like best about Leadfeeder?

I love that Leadfeeder shows me which companies are visiting our site and what pages they’re checking. It helps me see if my ABM campaigns are working and refine targeting to retarget accounts based on their interactions Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Leadfeeder?

Form fills sometimes get triggered even when someone is just using the website search, which makes the lead data a bit noisy. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Key Part of our Outbound Motions and Insights on Live Deals"
What do you like best about Leadfeeder?

Of all the competing tools, and we've used many, Leadfeeder does the best at providing and making useable the information sales and marketing teams actually care about. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Leadfeeder?

I wouldn't say I dislike the UI, but this seems like a potential for product improvement. The 3 column view has a lot of information. I'd like it if the left column could hide so there was more room to view traffic info for a given company. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"An Essential Tool for B2B Prospecting"
What do you like best about Leadfeeder?

What I appreciate the most is the ability to intercept hot leads when they visit our site, which allows us to contact them at the right time, in anticipation of a future purchase. Moreover, prospects are increasingly unresponsive to traditional outreach methods (phoning and mailing), as they wish to remain free to choose the time that suits them. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Leadfeeder?

What I like less about Leadfeeder is that some identified companies sometimes lack precise details, which can complicate lead qualification. Additionally, the accuracy of the data heavily depends on IP addresses, which can limit the identification of remote working visitors. An improvement in these aspects would make the tool even more effective. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Paul Faure of Leadfeeder

Hi Massimo,

Thank you for your thoughtful review and for highlighting how Leadfeeder supports your B2B prospecting efforts. We're glad to hear that you're able to identify and engage with prospects at the right moment—especially as outreach methods evolve.

Regarding your feedback on remote work identification, you're absolutely right that IP-based tracking can present limitations. However, we want to mention that if remote workers are connected to their company’s VPN, Leadfeeder is often still able to detect and display their company visit information and website behavior. This can help bridge the gap in visibility caused by remote work setups.

We appreciate your input—it’s insights like yours that help us continue improving the platform.

Thank you again for being a valued user!

"Game-Changer for B2B Lead Generation and Website Intelligence"
What do you like best about Leadfeeder?

Leadfeeder has been an incredibly valuable tool for our sales and marketing team. It gives us visibility into which companies are visiting our website—even when they don’t fill out a form—so we can prioritize high-intent leads and tailor our outreach accordingly.

What I love most is how intuitive the platform is. We use Leadfeeder alongside HubSpot, and the integration works well. It helps us filter leads by location, company size, and behavior on the site (like pages visited or visit frequency), which makes segmentation much easier—even though we’re currently on a manual plan.

The daily lead feed is accurate and actionable. It's especially useful for targeting warm leads and building customized email sequences based on their interests. Even without automation, it fits perfectly into our process. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Leadfeeder?

There are a few limitations in identifying individual users within a company, which is understandable due to privacy restrictions. Also, while the HubSpot integration is helpful, some parts of the process—like tagging and tracking follow-ups—require manual effort unless you're on a higher plan with automation. A little more built-in flexibility in the free/lower tiers would be great for lean teams. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Leadfeeder for Sales Intent"
What do you like best about Leadfeeder?

I enjoy the signals that are given by Leadfeeder during active sales proposals. I can see when and where a company is engaging with our website. We also get intent details based off of our events and who has visited and where. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Leadfeeder?

Nothing to note on downsides, sometimes the data can be a little inaccurate or web addresses mismatch but this is a rare occurrence. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Convenient, does what it's supposed to."
What do you like best about Leadfeeder?

I like being able to segment companies by page visited and other filters. Then those become convenient email notifications summarizing the visitors of the week. The customer success team has been very accessible and available to talk to us. We set up the Analytics integration and they helped us implement that. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Leadfeeder?

The Analytics integration needs some work - it messed up some of our data. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Time to value"
What do you like best about Leadfeeder?

I value the insights to which companies have visited our website, it’s the first email I look for on a Monday morning to see where we have traction with current and prospective clients. It helps set our contact strategy, for what is working and how we can improve. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Leadfeeder?

The mobile experience is sub optimal, however this isn't a major issue, as I'm usually at my laptop on a Monday morning. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
