I absolutely love the fact that the platform seems integrated for all my apps. I can manage the newsletters there, create blogs, and manage both my clients list, our services offerings and content as well as our custom CRM all in one place. I also think it's a really good platform for our fast-growing business, because some features that we deactivated for now could very much be useful in a few months or years when our team grow. I'm particularly interested in the feature they call "multisite" because we handle a few different brands (or rather service lines) under the hood... What I appreciate most about Melis is its modular structure. Melis Platform regularly evolves with new features, which is a real plus. However, these updates sometimes require an adaptation period, and it would be useful to have even more resources and documentation to support these changes. The most I like about Melis Platform is on its user friendly. It has all I need, crm, cms, commerce and mostly importantly the marketing. On a developer side, I could just add my own custom module. This platform has been a great tool to centralize all our digital needs, from the generic modules it offers to the specific one it can create plus the other tools that can be integrated to it, this simplifies everything. One login, one place.

I manage a medium team of employees doing various industry work, so what I like the most about this platform is that I can have everything in one place. I can create articles and news for our site, add products and services to my shop, then jump on the leads and potential clients tool all from my logged in space.
