What do you like best about Mention Me?

Mention Me are a forward-thinking company with a unique concept. They were great to work with and really helped grow the account from nothing to where it is today generating over £10K per month for the business.

The team were super positive and committed to help grow the account and achieve success.

What do you dislike about Mention Me?

The only area to consider focusing on is the amount of analytics available. Although our account manager did a great job of explaining everything, I feel there is a lot of data and dashboards in the tool. There isn't much I dislike about Mention Me however, some A/B Testing can feel repetitive, so it would be good to get some brand-new testing ideas to push our smaller brands forward and allow us to use it to its full potential. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Mention Me?

The analytics are quite a learning curve, however if you need a meeting or tutorial, representatives are always available and more than happy to go through everything. Communication is great, you can always email and get a response, and everyone is very friendly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Mention Me?

Communication is great, however more explanation is sometimes needed as to why requests are unable to be met - ie why HTML custom won't work on some stages, but does on others. Imagery can take a while to complete as the design team is very busy.

There is only one person working on the engineering side of things, so lets hope he doesn't leave!

A basic How-To email guide for the analytics would be very handy for anyone just starting out - or perhaps a video tutorial for anyone new to the platform. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
