In LogDNA unter sources there are several heroku apps listed. But not all of our apps are listed there.

How to maximise the potential of LogDNA?
We are using LogDNA for logging purposes and we have setup some alerts on the logs. We want to know how can we use this tool to use it for its full potential.
Also want to know if we can use LogDNA for other purposes other than logging.
Only allow certain users to access tags, apps, etc.
In Papertrail I could setup certain users to view certain logs but that doesn't seem possible in LogDNA
