The smallest system Minotaur offers is a 5 named user system.

The system can be placed on your own server or can be placed in a private cloud like Azure for use by your company and employees over the internet. We have customers who use Minotaur both ways.

The cost of hardware such as servers or server services, scanners, scales, tablets, and computers is not included in our pricing. Additional user licenses can be purchased at any time as your needs grow.

Warehouse Management System Lite (barcode scanning)	$2,300.001 user Per Year	Our Warehouse Management System is optional functionality that allows you to receive, pick to production, do transfers, counting and shipping to customers all with scanning code 128 barcodes. Minotaur can print unit or skid barcodes if arriving goods do not have them already and you can print barcode labels for your interim and finished goods. Minimum total of 5 users between core program and WMS. You'll need either tablets with scanners (either wired or wireless bluetooth) or handheld computers for use with Minotaur's WMS. Most Minotaur customers are choosing Android ready devices.
Implementation Support and Training	$235.001 hour With One-Time Purchase	Implementation of the core Minotaur system for 10 users would need approx. 140 hours. Add approximately 60 more hours if you are also buying the handheld warehouse management system (WMS) option. For more than 10 users, add ~20 implementation service hours for each additional 5 users. Hourly services help you successfully implement the Minotaur Business System and are used for process consulting, configuring the system to your needs, setting up forms and label templates to your specifications, training your staff in the areas of the system they will be using, providing phone support, and assisting with loading starting data from an old system. There is no mandatory ongoing hourly services beyond the implementation period, but some Minotaur customers will want us to train new employees as they come onboard.
