What do you like best about MindBehind?

MindBehind is a no-code platform, and it is very easy to pick up and use. They are also able to support chatbots in a lot of languages, including English, Arabic, French, Turkish, and many more. Especially its simple yet effective UI design makes it available for anyone to leverage its benefits. Also, for this reason, live agents & admins do not face any difficulties while migrating from other platforms to MindBehind.

What do you dislike about MindBehind?

What do you like best about MindBehind?

The platform is very user-friendly, agent settings can be easily done and it covers pretty much all of the basic needs for a live chat. We were able to immediately start using it with a simple code snippet insertion. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about MindBehind?

There are some areas for improvement for the Mindbehind platform, we have several development requirements for a better use for our agents. As a customer we could benefit from a clear product map and development schedule, because it is sometimes hard to catch up with their release schedule and the status of our requirements.
