What do you like best about Mirakl Inc?

Nothing comes to my mind but custom reporting is somewhat limited unless paired with external tools or APIs, which adds dependency on additional development resources. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Mirakl Inc solving and how is that benefiting you?

We work in multiple platforms like Debenhams, B&Q, Superdrug, BrandAlley etc. It is actually helped us a lot in integration of stock, orders etc which has streamlined our workflow.

As a seller, Mirakl helps us streamline product listings, order management, and price updates across multiple stores from a single platform.

What do you like best about Mirakl Inc?

The onboarding of new vendors who use Mirakl is wonderful. As their simplified approval process swiftly brings sellers on board, it is our best bet to speedgrowing the marketplace. What do you dislike about Mirakl Inc?

The habitually only integration of Mirakl and our current systems becomes troublesome. It is a bit confusing for their APIs are unbundled, and the documents do not have much clarity. On recommendation and application issues, we frequently need their support team, but they may take a while to respond sometimes. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Mirakl Inc solving and how is that benefiting you?

Mirakl has changed the face of operations in my enterprise through the creation of one enormous avenue. It becomes possible us to expand our range of products by not having to physically store them ourselves. What do you like best about Mirakl Inc?

Mirakl is a wonderful tool to let retailers connect with vendors without actually taking on any added inventory risk. Mirakl is easy to setup, quick to integrate, and very user-friendly. Learning Mirakl was the easiest part for my entire team Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Mirakl Inc?

Mirakl needs to support more integrations. Mirakl also has certain performance issues from what I have observed. The claimed uptime is four 9s but I have seen it down way more than that, so definitely scope to improve Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Mirakl Inc solving and how is that benefiting you?

We at Ubreathe were trying to create a new category of business and it was getting very difficult to get customers to purchase our product without showing them many things in the catalog to browse. Mirakl eased our lives by letting us connect with a few vendors who were selling complimentary products. We were not sure whether the products will sell on our website, but once the traffic started coming in we were able to see that these new products offer great margins and expanded our catalog Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Mirakl does charge additional fees to our customers as an integration. The charges are unavoidable and needs to be a part of their business model, but unfortunately can also be a deterrent to customers. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
