Our benefits are:

1) to keep an absolute control of the operations by rail, ship and storage areas in separate modules.

2) having a real-time EDI's messages transmissions to our customers who require it.

3) the possibility of involving our clients to keep track of the result of their operation through the JMT web portal.

4) to know the used resources for the fulfillment of tasks to the general cargo.

What do you like best about Navis Terminal Operating System?

Product implementation team consist of professionals and have a well designed analysis and implementation plan which is flexible enough to cater for customer needs. Post implementation support is also good with a little room for improvement.

Performance of product implementation is highly efficient and impressive. Newly launched Professional services portfolio is also highly rated as it not only gives an insight on the product but also helps and train the customer as per their requirements that arise from time to time due to the nature of operations.

What do you dislike about Navis Terminal Operating System?

Post transition to Navis support has hiccups and knowledge base on collaboration portal needs refining. Queries or tickets information gathering has become lengthier and take more time thus effecting the tickets closure timeline as well.

Client and vendor meet ups and also community meet ups are important to ensure better understanding of the current product but also the futuristic requirements for both. This not only helps the client but also helps the vendor improve their product line based on the input from the client community. As far as MTN is concerned, it is an efficient TOS for bulk commodity operations. Good sales team complimented by an efficient and effective implementation team. Seamless services in case of Managed Services Operations. Overall, a good product and backup team. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Navis Terminal Operating System solving and how is that benefiting you?

Terminal Bulk commodities Operations and Financial aspects are being handled with Master Terminal by Navis. Voyage, Yard and Gate operations are smoothly handled by MTN TOS and then the invoicing for all mentioned operational activities are also catered from TOS.
