What do you like best about Owner.com?

The owner.com platform is very user-friendly and intuitive. It is easy to use, from website design and editing to email marketing. The whole platform works well.

When you need help, they quickly respond to your needs and listen to your issues.

I was nervous switching back to Owner from Toast, as they don't directly integrate, however, the team helped very quickly with the 3rd party Otter integration, and the setup went smoothly.

Now that we are back on the platform, we will start to use it several times a week to send email and SMS marketing.

For our customers, they have always said how modern and up to date our apps and website is. They love that we can be on the same level as big chains Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Owner.com?

Overall, there isn't much to dislike about the owner. One drawback is the cost. Overall, for what it is, it does come in as an expensive option. However, to keep up with today's market, their software and services are needed, so paying for it becomes worth it to stay competitive.

From the branded apps they offer, those seem to take longer than needed to set up. when you already have apps, you have to train your customers to use a new app, which can get confusing. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Owner.com?

I want to begin by saying Thank You to the Owner.com team that helped with the process from brainstorming, platform building, questions, final touches, and launch day!

It was a pleasure working with their team which I believe is very vital to fully understand and be comfortable with the product as a business owner to create the Ease of Use for your customers. The product is very customizable to bring your ideas to life for your business website and mobile application.

During our initial call, we went over the history of the business and what we would like to achieve. An existing website was already in place, but it was just a landing page with our story, contact information, and menu. As such, it was much easier for them to reconstruct the existing website to include Owner.com features. During the website building phase, they will go over each feature on the dashboard to make you comfortable navigating and editing what you would like your page to look like, and what features you would like to add or omit. It's as easy as just click and save for each feature! For the more savvy people, you will love how you can really take a deep dive and create your own edits that will work within the options they have for you. You think of it, It can happen!

They will take their time until you are fully satisfied with the website to launch on the digital web space. The tablet and kitchen printer was shipped during the website development page which arrived on time within the projected launch date. This was all executed within 2 weeks! Once launched their team ensured that everything worked as it should. That same day, orders started coming in! It was very exciting, and going into the 3rd week, we cannot be more happier making the decision going with Owner.com! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Owner.com?

Owner.com has helped us reclaim a significant percentage of third-party delivery app commission fees at our restaurant, in just the first week of using it. They have a wide range of marketing tools such as automated text and email blasts, as well as custom conversion cards, to convert third-party online business into direct sales via your app or website - both of which they build for you from scratch! What do you dislike about Owner.com?

It would be nice if they provided photography and videography services for our restaurant, like our former provider SpotHopper did. There are also a couple of limitations in setting up custom text and email marketing campaigns within their platform, such as inability to segment your user base and inability to send yourself test emails and texts before blasting. What do you like best about Owner.com?

Honestly? Everything just works. The app looks sharp- although i do want to change the app button from our company name( too small to read) to our easy identifiable logo. The loyalty program is a hit with guests, and the ordering process is finally something I don’t have to stress about. Plus, the employees are super responsive— actual humans who help you figure things out without making you feel dumb. We are phone call people, easier when your not at your computer- and they answer! What do you dislike about Owner.com?

My biggest frustration is with the design limitations. Our original website had beautiful transitions, rich visuals, and a more elevated, polished vibe—Owner’s current setup feels a bit too casual and stripped-down for what we had in mind. I brought this up early on, so it’s something I hope they prioritize updating. For restaurants that want a more refined or upscale online presence, the design flexibility just isn’t there yet. What do you like best about Owner.com?

We've been using Owner.com for about two weeks now, and we’re starting to see orders trickle in, which is a promising start. One of the standout aspects has been the customer service — the team is responsive and easy to reach by email, phone, or text, which I really appreciate with my busy schedule.

The onboarding process was smooth and well-organized for the most part, especially the initial information gathering stage lead by Carlos. The integration process was simple overall.

I'm hopeful that with continued support and future updates, some of the missing features might eventually be addressed. Our app is still not launched, so I cannot comment on that yet. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Owner.com?

I was a bit disappointed to learn that certain website features I wanted were not available, and this limitation wasn’t clearly disclosed during their sales pitch (quite the opposite). It’s something I wish I had known up front. There is very little room for customization - you're basically using their template. What do you like best about Owner.com?

Owner.com has been a game-changer for my business.

They offer an all-in-one solution to boost your Google search ranking and build a custom app for your restaurant. Within just seven days of reaching out, my website was live and integrated seamlessly with my Square POS system.

A few days later, I checked our search ranking—we went from #14 to ranking in the top 3 for pizza in our area.

The backend dashboard is incredibly user-friendly. The automated email campaigns save me so much time—no more writing or scheduling emails manually. It’s all handled with just a click. The Implementation has been easy quick and the staff has been very well trained and supportive throughout the process.
