The program is not user friendly. It is not intuitive to use. there are tabs with the same name under different columns that perform different functions. It doesn’t provide a good color scheme to show what you’re selecting on the screen. It requires multiple steps to find out if an order was checked and the time. The functionality is poor, you can’t sort orders easily and there are very few sort options. The screen displays have option buttons on the bottom rather than fields you can just click to open.
