What do you like best about Coast?

It is very important to have the predictive maintenance schedules for our operating rooms. We are in no position to have a surgery room any equipment like lights, tables, or anesthesia machines that suddenly stop working. With Coast we are able to do maintenance during off-hours very accurately so that the operating rooms that are scheduled can be 100% available. Besides, the module for facility management is a great tool in keeping track of and managing the environment such as temperature and humidity of the proper rooms. What do you dislike about Coast?

What do you like best about Coast?

Predictive maintenance capabilities for our necessary life support and diagnostic equipment are beyond value. The planning and monitoring by Coast is always on top of things so that we are never out of date with any calibration or servicing of our equipment which is absolutely essential for patient safety and accreditation by the Joint Commission. The business instant messaging feature that runs the IT department allows my team to contact in an instant, and with the right technician, any urgent event, such as the failure of an OR table, without depending on nearby phone calls or pagers, which are unreliable. What do you dislike about Coast?

The initial asset import for a facility as large and complex as ours was a significant undertaking. While the process was straightforward, the volume of data required dedicated time from my team to ensure accuracy. The long-term benefit has far outweighed this one-time setup cost. What do you like best about Coast?

One of the things that make Coast exceptional is its user-friendliness and practicality. The setup process was very fast, and even the less tech-savvy team members were able to get up to speed in a few hours. I also like how the tool facilitates instant updates, shared task lists, and internal notes that make the flow of collaboration more efficient. The notifications are just at the right level, thus, they are not disturbing, and the mobile version complements nicely the desktop one, which is very convenient for the teams that are out in the field or are changing from one device to another. Moreover, it is a plus that Coast does not bog down by too many features - its primary concern always has been to maintain transparency, communication, and completion. What do you dislike about Coast?

The only incident I have come across with this software is the customization aspect of dashboards, which, in my opinion, should offer more flexibility. What you sometimes expect is to view the data you consider most important first and also to be able to change the way the information is displayed. What do you like best about Coast?

The unification of asset management, workforce scheduling, and team communication into a single, intuitive platform is what I like best. The Ease of Use is exceptional; my maintenance technicians adopted it with minimal training, which is a testament to its user-friendly design. The Number of Features, from Employee Scheduling to compliance dashboards, provides the comprehensive toolset we need without requiring us to juggle multiple software subscriptions. While generally robust, the Ease of Integration with our legacy financial system for tracking parts inventory costs was more complex than we hoped and required some external technical support. I've heard they have advanced analytics, but it might be part of a higher-tier plan that's beyond my budget as a small business. What do you like best about Coast?

We’re able to efficiently manage our day-to-day maintenance across both our tailoring studio and our stores. The system was cloud deployed and fully implemented within just three weeks, allowing us to get up and running quickly. Our tailors can use their mobile phones to communicate about production, which enables them to report faults right at the point of need. There are about eight of us in the company who use the system regularly, primarily to document maintenance on our sewing equipment and in the store. What do you dislike about Coast?

While the core features generally perform as expected, the reporting functionality could be improved by adding a way to track maintenance costs across various equipment classes, which would make referencing this information much easier. We found that about 60 percent of our team are fully utilizing the system, but some members still prefer to use adhocracy for handling quick or less significant issues.
