Their director of accounting and revenue assurance is unsympathetic and willing to bill a company struggling to make payroll an interest charge. They have no CRM and couldn't even keep track of a POC for the company, didn't even reach out to me as the CIO before billing. While this happened, their sales team tried to sell us more products.
While I do understand the need to do business, I think business context is very important. We are an airline who had to lay off 2/3 of our staff and is going through a partial acquistion/merger to survive. In hearing this, literally, ALL of our other IT vendors, for MUCH larger accounts payable, have provided relief. OneNeck hasn't been able to do this on a $500 charge.
