I cannot think of any right now. The only possible thing I can think of would be the ability to find when someone has a low rate in the rate sheet versus other competitors. Example - every now and then Windsor may have a 5.75% on a VA that is lower than everyone else's 6%. But you have to open up the companies one by one to find out. Time and time again, it has been the only accurate and true source of pricing. I solely used it before switching brokerages and LOS to Arive. Although it has it's own pricing engine, I have found it completely unreliable and inconsistent. Loansifter is accurate, reliable, and easy to use. I don't have to second guess my pricing. Loansifter is dependent on the administrator who sets it up (for accuracy) so occasionally the pricing is inaccurate for things like company-specific incentives or borrower-paid vs. lender-paid comp. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The pricing on loan sifter doesn't always match the lender site. There are certain lenders who are more accurate than others. It can be a bit deceiving, so I always recommend to check lender site too before relaying to client. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Not entirely accurate for every lender. Some lenders pricing pops up in lender paid comp when it is actually borrower paid comp pricing which can throw you off. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I don't like to have to get texted every time I log in to a different computer or my iPad etc. this is new and sort of annoying. If I haven't been using sifter for a couple of weeks I understand but I often use different platforms so always having to get texted almost every time I login is cumbersome. The most helpful thing about loansifter is that it is automatically sorted for the criteria we are looking for , Sorting out the best rates possible for the least amount of cost makes a very easy and smooth process for me to communicate with the client. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Not too much downsides about loan sifter. One thing I will say is that we have alot of bank statement leads and it doesnt seem easy to find pricing for bank statements. We usually have to go directly to the lender for their pricing. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
