What do you like best about Oracle Aconex?

Sometimes the system is not working correctly. Some of the errors are the following:

a. documents are not being uploaded, especially in workflows

b. the documents file name is getting changed

Accesibility and flexibility on how to set-up the system according to the project requirements. This allow the administrator and its user on what specific requirements are required. 1. The search and reporting function is not as accurate compared to the manually generated register.

2. The system is accessible only using an internet connection.

Easy to use, could acces anywhere because using web service. No need installation on device. Very light and safety. Integrated with registered email, so we can receive notification by email when we are not access the web. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Metadata to complex, too many unused metadata.

What do you like best about Oracle Aconex?

I like how the system is user friendly and easy to navigate. I also like how I can communicate with my peers. Have not tried other systems but I like how quick you can learn how to navigate on the system. Its great for document control. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Oracle Aconex?

The only thing I disliked was that there is no way to delete documents you have to overide them/void and this can cause confusion on which is the lastest document. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
