What I like best about Avature is how flexible and customizable it is. I don’t feel locked into a fixed workflow, and it’s easy to adjust dashboards, reports, and pipelines to fit the way my team actually works. The CRM features are also very strong – it’s simple to keep track of candidate history, touchpoints, and long-term engagement, which is really helpful when managing larger talent pools. What I dislike about Avature is that the system can feel a bit complex at the start. Since it’s so customizable, the learning curve is higher and new users need some time to get comfortable. At times, the reporting setup takes longer than expected, and certain tasks require extra clicks that could be more streamlined. Avature is highly configuarble platform. We have control over how we set up for each client and can bespoke this to each clients needs. Avature is intuitive, easy to use for our recruiters and other teams alike. New features implemented throughout the year, good knowledge sharing of these new features and how they can be implemented for our clients.
