What do you like best about Ace Cloud Application Hosting?

Ace Cloud hosting makes my QuickBooks files available to all my remote users. Setup was simple. ACE support is very responsive and knowledgeable. In addition to my real estate entities I've been able to migrate my daughter's construction company from QuickBooks Online to QuickBooks Desktop so they can have the same ease of access plus the better functionality in the desktop version. What do you like best about Ace Cloud Application Hosting?

I have been using Ace Cloud Hosting for a few weeks now - they have been great to work with - very responsive whether I call, email or chat. Within an hour of me signing up their onboarding team reached out to me and have been very helpful in getting the server set up to my needs. Our sales rep - Saurabh Singh was very responsive in getting my needs quoted. I had several tweaks to my needs and he quickly and happily dealt with each change. I highly recommend them! What do you like best about Ace Cloud Application Hosting?

Considering the excellent level of customer service and sever specs, you can't beat Ace Cloud Hosting! Plus I don't hear any complaints from our users are now that QuickBooks loads up in nearly an instant! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Ace Cloud Application Hosting?

The Customer Service has been wonderful, quick to respond, extremely helpful, and willing to work with the third-party app company we needed to put on the server for credit card processing. Ace Cloud has been flexible as we make changes to fit our company and tweaking our needs. It is really nice to know when I call for help there will be a human on the other end of the line. I did a lot of searching for a new Cloud Server and Narrowed my choices to a couple then asked my IT company for input, they came back with Ace Cloud and the reasoning for them was that they were open to working with the IT company when and if there is an issue. QuickBooks Hosting with Ace Cloud allows our staff to access the same programs and files while working in the office and remotely with little to no lag or downtime. Previously our firm utilized remote access software to provide a similar capability; however, that software was extremely demanding on our in-office computers and created lag for the staff member working remotely and others trying to work in the office. Additionally, clients with large QuickBooks files would overload the system. QuickBooks Hosting solves both of these issues and more, helping our firm to provide services to clients efficiently. What do you like best about Ace Cloud Application Hosting?

ACE Cloud Hosting is the BEST when it comes to resolving issues quickly. I can call them for any reason, and they fix it immediately. No waiting hours or until the next day for Tech Support to get to your problem. They are polite and efficient. I love working with them. If my client's ever have an issue they can also call Customer/Technical Support and their problems are addressed and resolved immediately as well. What do you dislike about Ace Cloud Application Hosting?

There's nothing I've ever experienced that the tech support team could not address immediately. I've never had to escalate a problem either. I once used Cloud Nine Real Time and their customer service was horrible. They could not help you if you called and you had to jump through what felt like many hoops before your issue was even acknowledged. I will NEVER use anyone but ACE Cloud Hosting from now on! I love that I can offer my client's a viable option for QuickBooks that does not force them to subscribe to QuickBooks Online. You can still access your data file from any location as long as you have internet and a Remote Desktop Connection. ACE will even take the back-up of your data file and upload it to their cloud environment for you! You literally don't have to do much to work with them and I love that too!
