I use Appspace to do a quite a number of stuff such as manage our digital signboards and display calendars, safety updates and KPIs and also listening to announcements and events. For me the best part about Appspace is being able to edit and send updates to all the signboards from my office in seconds without having to go to the signboards myself. I find the layout and playlist arrangement of Appspace quite cumbersome and the template editor is also not flexible and I also find it frustrating to click several times to arrange the layout. Simplicity, it is the right name for Appspace, all office management tools is under one platform, I can book for meeting room directly on the mobile apps, the system available at anytime, even after office hours, I still can book meeting room for tomorrow. I also use the digital signage features to display latest info on TV display at the office, it work very well for fast news distribution and to change the content is quick and easy. Appspace simplify desk and meeting room booking process, transform from booking using pen and paper to digital system booking that display which room is available on specific time & date, it help to eliminate issues with double booking. Shacky setup and implementation at first, trying to draw and edit the maps for digital wayfinding is confusing, few trial needed before successfully mapping the maps for space booking system. Appspace rearrange and transforming office booking system and management, in one button click, I can book meeting room or a common space in office. We tried to make the digital signage tools useful, but still failed to configure it correctly. Making a custom size display is not easy, the size keep distorting the display and some of the text is cut-off from the box. Implementation for digital signage isn't as easy as we though. There are many reasons why I consider AppSpace to be a strong product. Their customer support is available around the clock, regardless of time zone, and the support agents are both knowledgeable and quick to respond. The company consistently releases updates and new features, which reflects their ongoing commitment to improvement. They also make a point of seeking out and valuing customer feedback, showing that they genuinely care about their users. AppSpace is not so large that it becomes unresponsive; instead, the team remains attentive to customer needs. What I love most about Appspace is how smooth the cloud-based content scheduling is—it’s a huge relief being able to update displays remotely without having to touch the physical screens. I love how easy Appspace has design this software for meeting room and space booking, information on the apps is accurate and showing which time the room is available and how long I can book the room. Love the easiness to book for meeting room, common spaces or desk in our office, all room information is laid out on the booking system like availibility time, date or which room closed for maintenance. I love using Appspace to manage everything related to office management like space booking, digital signage and room booking that can be access easily from tablet and smartphone. All the room information is displayed in detailed, I only need to know which room number that I want to book, select the available date and time and click enter to confirm my selection. What I like best about Appspace is their tools for employee's engagement, communication and news feed on the intranet. It work well both on desktop and mobile apps, this flexibility of access is very helpful for our field worker to update work progress status in real-time. The intranet is not work for messages only, users can use it to shares files, news or any content that may interest worker. It is also easy for user to make room booking for office spaces and meeting room. All the booking operation is digital, with one-click, I can make a space booking at anytime. I have only issues with their customer support responding time, they are slow to replying email and has no other channel to contacting them, except for email support. I have no other complaint about the platform or their tools, things is working well. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
