From back-end user experience to customer facing usability, the platform is intuitive and well-designed. Our teams were up and running quickly, and the learning curve was minimal. Equally important, Bambuser’s commitment to continuous product improvement keeps them ahead in a fast-moving, tech-driven space where consumer behavior changes at the speed of technology.

What do you dislike about Bambuser?

My one key recommendation would be to add the user’s ability to enable chat or comments in replay. So much engagement takes place in replay, particularly with our DIY business. Over 70% of our community engage outside of the live show and all their rich feedback cannot be enabled and collected. The chat moderation tool could be better. If a user get banned, he can come back easily with another name. IP bans were prefered.

The issues we may encounter when using Bambuser include the customer leaving the tab, which causes us to disappear. We can hear the customer, but they can no longer hear us. This seems to be a particular problem for customers calling in from their mobile phones. It also happens that the customer accidentally backs out, thereby ending the call. It would be helpful if the customer received a message saying, 'Are you sure you want to end the call?' Another feature I would like is more statistics, such as the exact time we missed a call.
