What do you like best about Between?

Our store associates have been re-energized since we’ve introduced Supersales. Even on slow days in store or during the pandemic, our team was busy talking and helping customers via live video. We’ve actually had people compete to be the first one to respond to an incoming video call.

Our customers also really love seeing our furniture or color and material samples on video while being able to ask specific questions. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Between?

We wanted to test live video chat on our site in order to increase how much customers were spending online as there way a very significant gap between in-store average check size and online.

What do you like best about Between?

I absolutely love Supersales! We’ve only been using it for a few months, but I am already a huge fan. It is really easy to integrate and get started. I never thought we could offer live video shopping to our customers with very little effort on our end.

As a sales person, I like using Supersales a lot. The app is really straightforward and easy to use. I am able to help a lot more customers in a few hours than I typically do on the shopping floor. It's like FaceTime for business! It's a brilliant idea. I love the seamless customer experience of instantly calling in right from the product page.
