What problems is BigTime Services CPQ solving and how is that benefiting you?
Before WorkRails, our process involved highly custom SOWs which included hundreds of questions our sales team needed to manually fill out in order to generate the final document to send over to a prospect. In most cases it would take up to 3 weeks to complete this process for one prospect. After standardizing our services package offerings, we used WorkRails to automate and guide the sales team to generate prospect proposals and SOWs in minutes, saving them hours each week to sell more, prospect, and drive business outcomes.
We also utilize WorkRails’ integration with Salesforce so that our Sales team can seamlessly work within an opportunity and not have to leave their Salesforce instance to generate a proposal/SOW. Our process is much more simplified now - Sales will create an opportunity, WorkRails pulls in our product catalog into Salesforce and Sales will submit a few answers to simple product related questions and automatically generate a final document for approval.
