There is little downside to WorkRails if the Services packages are created. If they are not created, then WorkRails may not be the easiest to use. There is some logic, but having packages to build with makes it a lot easier. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about BigTime Services CPQ?

Ceridian implemented Workrails four years ago. Customers can choose from more than 80 services on the Workrails portal to submit work requests and get an estimate on demand. This has reduced manual efforts to provide a seamless customer experience. This portal significantly cuts the time it takes before a consultant is assigned, reducing cycle time which increases efficiencies and revenue. This was critical for us to grow the business globally. What do you dislike about BigTime Services CPQ?

Our environment is custom and tailored to our specific needs. Originally, there was only one Workrails developer with in-depth knowledge of our system, and he was always exceptional. However, we occasionally needed a backup when he wasn’t available. When we brought this to their attention, Workrails acted promptly to bring on more resources to become familiar with our product and provide technical support. What do you like best about BigTime Services CPQ?

Creating a high volume of complex, custom proposals/SOWs takes a lot of time and resources from multiple teams involved. WorkRails’ guided selling dramatically speeds up our process by allowing the sales team to quickly and accurately create proposals fit for each unique prospect. WorkRails has helped us to remove a significant amount of manual work involved throughout the entire services sales process allowing us to move faster without sacrificing quality and accuracy. Our proposal times went from weeks to minutes after implementing WorkRails.

We evaluated several vendors and based on our evaluation it was clear there was nothing on the market that compared to WorkRails. WorkRails has had a significant positive impact on our business. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about BigTime Services CPQ?

WorkRails built a custom environment based on our use cases and needs. The drawback of this level of customization for our business is that on occasion, making changes within our environment takes a bit more time and effort from our team due to the complexity. But with that being said, WorkRails offers a tremendous amount of support to help us make these adjustments including support documentation and user guides enabling our internal team to do the majority of the updates on our own. What do you like best about BigTime Services CPQ?

The most helpful part of the WorkRails platform is the ability to remove redundancy and automate manual workflows and steps that are time-consuming when measured at scale. What do you like best about BigTime Services CPQ?

Truly a tool built for services! I have used Workrails at 2 companies and its absolutely the best tool for managing services SOWs and even packages. The company is easy to work with, making implementation a breeze. Our IT teams were slammed so prioritizing a tool that the business could "manage" mostly on its own was a top priority, we didn't want to have to log tickets for basic changes. Our finance team is so much happier not having to review every single SOW now! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
