What do you like best about Boomerang for Outlook?

The ability to pause email and schedule meetings from within emails. It is very easy to use and has helped me enormously. I use it every day! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Boomerang for Outlook?

I've not found a way to schedule meetings for multiple people, but I think this is more likely user error than the software Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Boomerang for Outlook solving and how is that benefiting you?

Scheduling meetings has been fantastic. I now have a permanent link in my email signature to my booking page so people can book meetings with me when they want. This has reduced the amount of emails going to and fro about arranging them and it has meant people see me as more available. The meeting reminders are also well received. The email pausing has really helped reduce my usage outside of working hours. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Boomerang for Outlook?

I love that there is an integration with my calendar that I can use not only to set my availability for clients to pick time to meet with me, but it customizable so I can pick how long I want my meetings to last, I can have multiple calendar types and I can put buffer time in between, very handy! I just about use Boomerang EVERYDAY! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Boomerang for Outlook?

I like that this wil scan my diary for free time as designate dby me, and then automatically creates meetings from the dates and times selected by my students, this saves me time and effort as well as making me look good! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Boomerang for Outlook?

You need to carefully select the options for your availability because it is dificu;lt to change them onece the email has been sent out. I have several profiles in the 'create a meeting' portion which have diferent characteristics, but one I would like is to be able to block each student from making more than one repeat appointment within a set period (ie a week), but keep the total period they can make appointments longer (ie for a 12 week period) - this probably exisits but at the time of writing I have not noticed it. I was looking for an easy free way to schedule meetings and found that with Boomerang! It's easy to create new schedules and I love how it automatically generates a zoom invitation. The plug-in was very easy to add to my outlook desktop app. I use it multiple times per week and have been told by invitees that it is very easy to use. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
