It is great for studying, learning and memorizing, I think it's better than Anki because it is a lot more user-friendly. The possibility to upload excel sheets directly into flashcards is SO SO helpful, what a great feature! I am very satisfied with Brainscape, would highly recommend it to whoever asked. Some formatting and spacing errors do happen in the text during the transition from xlsx to Brainscape, but there are not that many. Also, it is kinda hard to sort the cards instead of them always coming in the same order, would be nice to sort everything. But maybe that's me not knowing how to work it. I started studying wine as a sommelier in Korea. I was recommended the “brainscape” app, which proved to be helpful for my wine studies. Exams like WSET Level 4 were too vast and challenging to study from books alone, but thanks to this app, I was able to save a tremendous amount of time. Additionally, being able to review unfamiliar questions multiple times was incredibly helpful for memorization. It would be great if there were a feature to directly select and translate text. I'm a foreigner, so I'm using English translation. Brainscape's adaptive learning program helps me feel confident going into exams or related areas knowing I have practiced my weak spots multiple times. I also highly value that the program providers I am studying have approved decks, knowing that the content I am studying is legitimate. Brainscape is great at helping you remember things. The spaced repetition system is amazing to experience, because it really works! The flashcards are accurate and engaging, covering all topics directly from the official textbook.

Also, as you go through the cards, it figures out what you know and what you need to work on. So, you're always focusing on the stuff that's a bit tricky for you, which is mega helpful.

But the real game-changer is their mobile app! Its convenience allowed me to study anytime, anywhere, fitting seamlessly into my schedule and it honestly made a huge difference.

What I like most about Brainscape is that you can rank the flashcards according to how well you know the answer. Not only does the algorithm help you to practice with what you find difficult, it also provides a good overview of how well you now a set of flashcards, just by looking at the colors of the cards.

What I dislike is that it is not possible to make flashcards offline and to later upload them (I often work in the train, and sometimes the reception is quite bad, making it hard for me to create flashcards).

Brainscape is a great flashcards apps, it gives you the oportunity to not only study your flashcards (personal interests) but also other decks from other users that maybe are more complete or even related to interests that you didn't kow you had (ie. wine, or geograhy).
