"Expensive, constant price increases and hostile behavior"

What do you like best about Braze?

As a startup Braze doesn’t care about you. Prices get increased constantly and we told them that we will wire the bill in a week. Result: they close the account. 5 days later it’s still not reactivated though the bill is paid. You’re better off looking for another tool. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
