Brex has been awesome from the day we started using it - we got the account setup and going literally overnight. We use it daily and the user experience is outstanding and allows me to accomplish 99% of tasks without needing to contact the customer support team. On the few occasions when I needed to update information, such as KYC details, the process with customer support was very quick and I managed to do everything without a single phone call.

Features like good QB Online integration and the ability to create cards instantly are especially helpful as we slowly scale. As a scrappy startup with very limited resources, the seamlessness of Brex has been extremely valuable for us. I should also mention that we handle both inbound and outbound international payments, and Brex has been outstanding in this area compared to other major bank accounts. This isn't really a dislike, as I don't have any major complaints, but I do see a significant shortcoming that seems common to almost every business bank account. Since we conduct many transactions in euros, the inability to hold funds in a currency other than US dollars is a real problem, especially as the value of the USD declines. Brex has been a fantastic resource for our small business for purchase tracking and approvals, and we all use it on a daily basis. The system was simple to set up, the website is intuitive, purchases are immediately flagged for review/invoicing, text notifications provide useful reminders, approvals are transparent and immediate. We recently experienced a problem with a purchase, and the support staff at BREX immediately jumped into action to help resolve the issue. Brex has taken the onerous task of verifying and cataloging purchases and made it as simple as getting a text and responding with a pic and memo. We have zero complaints about this service! I like how simple it makes things as a user. The automation as charges are made help move things along much faster than other systems where I have to make sure I have uploaded everything. With Brex, I get a text notification when charges happen, and then it does most of the heavy lifting for pulling in the needing information about the vendor. I am not someone who has to do a ton of expense reports but I have in the past and would've loved this. The process on the other side as an approver is already really streamlined. Great online banking for startups, I use it to receive payments from Apple App Store business for my app with a subscription and manage other company payments:

1. Website is intuitive to use and everything is updated in real time.

2. You can issue virtual payment cards for employees without restrictions, instantly ready to use, and then add them to Apple Pay via Brex app.

3. Brex notifies about payments both via email and Brex app notifications on iPhone, so you can't miss anything.

A great easy to use solution for a business to issue virtual and real credit cards, control the limits and allocate funds to cards as needed. Integrates smoothly with account software and makes the handling of expenses must faster and easier, pushing the responsibility of uploading receipts to the card holder instead of accounting.

Run into problems when setting limits on spending categories for the cards. Most of the purchases came through under a different category and were denied. e.g. I issued a card to purchase Digital Marketing assets but the vendor categorized them as Subscription so the purchase didn't go through. The app is extremely easy to use, with an intuitive user interface that makes navigation simple. Integration with Apple Pay works seamlessly, and the onboarding process stands out as one of the best I have experienced. I found it straightforward to explore and access all the available features. This is a great alternative to traditional, expensive brick-and-mortar business banks. Brex enables my team to process every expense and all travel in one platform. It give many options for payment. AP, Credit Cards, Reimbursements, alongside travel and budget management. The travel aspect has some quirks. The travel admin team has one-off issues about once a month with system errors. From unexplained fees, emails not being sent for reciepts, or inventory being limited. These are issues that are fixed within a few weeks, but it does slow down the team from booking flights.
