"The most inclusive influencer platform that I've seen"

What do you like best about Captiv8?

I work specifically on a lot of DEI campaigns. Captiv8 is the only platform that I've seen that has built search filters for creator ethnicity and sexual orientation. After using this platform for even longer, it's become more robust in our workflow to find for our DEI campaigns. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Captiv8?

Although they have these DEI filters, they're not always 100% accurate in terms of a creator's ethnic background or sexual orientation. Which I don't expect to be perfect, given that information isn't always public. But I do like that it gives me a starting point for searches. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Captiv8 solving and how is that benefiting you?

As previously mentioned, I work on a lot of DEI campaigns, and it can be tough to find new talent to work with. DEI campaigns often recycle the same creators, so it's difficult to identify new talent, be inclusive, and provide new opportunities. What do you like best about Captiv8?

What do you dislike about Captiv8?

Not a personal experience, but I have heard some new team members say they feel there is a learning curve when they weren't here for onboarding. However, Captiv8 support would probably provide us with more training if newer team members needed it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Captiv8 solving and how is that benefiting you?

The main problem Captiv8 has solved for is time management/time saving. Captiv8 helped us automate so many influencer marketing processes and saves us so much time. We've been able to increase the sheer number of campaigns that we run since using Captiv8.

TikTok affiliate hasn't worked for us. we thought we could get rid of c8 but it's actually good to use as a second cross point to match with the creators on TT! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Captiv8?

Their influencer database continues to grow on a monthly basis, and their search filters are incredible, as sometimes we are looking for influencers who reach very niche audiences. Ultimately, what I like best is that they help us avoid running into dead ends and save us time in finding influencers to work with for every specific campaign.

They helped us get so much more organized. We no longer need to manage countless Google sheets and docs, and spend time searching our drive for old records. They also helped us automate so many tasks that we thought had to be manual. We started using Captiv8 when we were just getting up and running with our influencer campaigns, so I actually don't have exact examples of problems that they are solving. But I can definitively say that the benefits are immeasurable. They make coming up with campaign ideas so easy, they track the performances of all of your social posts for you, they also handle paying creators, etc. so definitely a ton of benefits.
