What do you like best about Classter?

Classter has a lot of usability that you can grow into. Every year we develop our use and function of Classter. It is helping us streamline a lot of our internal processes. Classter has a lot of integrations available, which we hope to start using in future. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Classter?

While Classter can do a LOT! It can be tricky and time consuming to get it designed and functioning the way we need it to. We've needed the Classter support team to 'fix' more than one item that should work upon turning on that doesn't. What do you like best about Classter?

The thing I like best about Classter is being able to have access to so much information in one place and being able to filter, see history, and customize the database according to preference. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The biggest challenge for me was the onboarding processes. Our institution's structure is somewhat different than the traditional school model and finding the configuration and processes to meet our needs took some time and had its share of growing pains. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Classter?

As a CRM administrator it's the first time in my CRM/ERP experience that I encounter such a helpfull and to the point support. I was introduced to classter while my school was already using it so I was happy to work with the support team not only for assistance but also to suggest improvements.

From a user perspective its a relative easy and straightforward application that handles also well in everyday use but also during high peak season. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Classter?

Some reports especially in the logistics and finance section could use a bit of tweaking. Since though the Finance department is very demanding on the way results are displayed and with the amount of info they can get from a single screen its a common dislike across many platforms besides Classter. What do you like best about Classter?

Classter has a wide variety of functionality to help manage many aspects of higher education. It is very customizable and has helped us improve our admissions process. We have accurate data on hand for students and their enrolments, plus it handles billing. We are also able to manage feedback and student surveys. Their support team is fantastic and very responsive. What do you dislike about Classter?

We had problems with how Classter interfaced with Moodle (our VLE). However, Classter was happy to develop better functionality to improve this. The CEFAM is a school based on the American academic system, and CLASSTER meets our academic needs exactly. Having a portal for each user (admin, teachers, students, and parents) is very convenient and saves us time. The flexibility of the tool is also an advantage. I love that customer support they teach you how to use the backend of the system to equip you with the tools to continue to make changes as you move toward a student information system that best suits your school. Whilst this might not make the easiest of implementation as they teach you how to implement the software to the liking of your school, it does take some time to learn and then subsequently implement changes.
