Well, the clear advantage of the Clerk.io is that it generates more revenue. It helps guide customers better since the service ensures that my customers easily find the items they need in my store, where I have over 9000 products. They can effortlessly use the search field and receive recommendations for products that complement what they've been browsing. The first months went well with the subscription of total €277,- per month. Since July 2023 went it up almost €800,- per month because recommendations up and search up increase that month. The price is not reasonable anymore. Just to beware before you guys want to work with clerk.io. You see the nice data about what's going on in the webshop statics. However, my webshop is not making more revenue than before I had clerki.io. I think what sets Clerk apart is their customer service.

It's one thing to have a friendly and helpful contact. It's another thing entirely when that team (which has never changed for us in over two years) goes to great lengths to alter its product roadmap to meet your business's needs.

The team have dug deep into our model and crafted a solution that delivers incredible results despite numerous challenges.

The process of deciding what features would work best, the initialising and onboarding have all been seamless so far. Each team member has been friendly, explained everything clearly and concisely, and importantly has taken the time to get some understanding of our business so they can make relevant recommendations.
