What do you like best about Clinked?

Most of the time I'm in Clinked checking proposals and reports through the file preview and leaving quick notes in the comments. The branded portal makes it feel like our own space, and clients notice that right away. I like being able to approve or leave a quick comment from my phone when I'm on the go, and sharing updates with a link is much easier than sending files back and forth. "The Everyday Friction of Project Work"

What do you like best about Clinked?

One thing I have come to appreciate with clinked is how it handles access.

Some of our work involves clients, some involves outside consultants, and some is just for our own team. I can set a group up, decide who belongs, and not worry about the wrong people seeing the wrong file.

It saves me awkward emails about who can or cannot open a document. I also like the branded look.

When clients log in and see our logo and our colours, it feels like they are stepping into our portal rather than a third-party tool. It makes a better impression and honestly makes me look organised. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Clinked?

What problems is Clinked solving and how is that benefiting you?

The hardest part in my role is making sure the right people see the right files and that feedback does not get lost. If I send a report to several people, I usually get several different versions back. Approvals can be just as messy, one person agrees in a call, another leaves a note somewhere else, and then no one is sure which one counts. "Helps QA Stay in Sync"

What do you like best about Clinked?

Clinked has been super helpful for keeping all our QA work in one place. I use it to organize test plans, checklists, and validation docs for each sprint. It is easy to loop in product or dev teams without losing track of what is where. I especially like the version history and comment features. If someone changes something, I can quickly see what happened and when. And if there is a bug or issues, I just tag the right person right on the file. We can store and share documents securely while updating versions without any confusion. File versions are clear, so no one needs to dig through old files. "Clean Our Projects and Clear Them out"

What do you like best about Clinked?

Clinked makes collaboration with clients easier. Any project we work on has various moving components, reports, feedback, revisions etc. and Clinked puts it all in a very nice package. I am able to make updates real-time, comment where necessary and move on without having to wait until a long chain of emails. "My calendar feels lighter with Clinked"

What do you like best about Clinked?

I like that I can open big files right in the browser without waiting to download them. That's a small thing but it saves me a lot of time. I use tasks on those files so the follow-ups don't slip. The calendar inside the workspace helps me keep track on deadlines without adding more invites to my inbox. I check the activity feed before calls so I already know what's been updated. Permission are simple, so I can add outside partners without overthinking it. The mobile app has come in handy a few times when I needed to approve something on the go.
