We've used ClickBid for several years for our events, yet there's always a bit of a re-learning process each auction season. What sets ClickBid apart is the immediate, timely support that is only a phone call or chat away. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

We'd love to have a printable, user manual with quick steps in each section vs. a transcript of the YouTube videos. We're thankful to have THAT, but would like a document that's more like a quick access reference manual. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The best part of using ClickBid is by far the Customer Service. The staff literally became part of our team and were ready, willing and avialable to assist us in any way we needed them. I would recommend having a simple "save" button when making changes or updates in most fields/tabs. I believe it auto saves/updates most of the time (and there is the complete and go back button) but having that certainity and simplicity would be beneficial.
