I like that the system is simple to use, and that it's server-client based (not in the cloud). It can be used with a touchscreen or with keyboard shortcuts. It takes hardly any time to write up a ticket for a customer. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I don't like that it doesn't seem very Windows 10 friendly, and the credit card interface seems to take forever to process a payment. If anyone starts a remote session through TeamViewer and it's in the middle of a credit card transaction, everything freezes and you have to kill everything and start over again.
