We've been using Orchestrate since it was process composer so we've been loyal. The business processes we create in Salesforce make sense and now we can use checklists which is my personal favorite feature. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Now that Conga is running Orchestrate, it has become much more stable and powerful. It is similar to Visual Flow but is easy enough to use that a non-Salesforce Administrator can even use it to create and maintain automations (they would still need to be tech savvy though). Its now quite easy to set up custom objects to be compatible with automated events and the Re-Evaluate Criteria feature is key for being able to have all different possibilities and branches contained and organized in a single automation. Would like to see more compatibility with Conga Composer (be able to launch Composer Solutions/Buttons with lots of parameters and variables) - right now it can do this at a basic level. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
