"Coro Cyber Security"
What do you like best about Coro Cybersecurity?

It sits in front of the office 365 and uses the AI to identify and flag potential spam and phishing. it puts the white list and black list for office 365 on a single dashboard allowing the administrator to easily change the list. (anyone that is using office 365 knows the admin console is very clunky to get around in)

There have been a couple improvements in the dashboard and they are moving towards a very intuitive platform that will be extrememly easy to use Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Coro Cybersecurity?

It appears to be a little particular about the version of outlook for the coro add-in so the end users can let the admin know what they think of the flagged e-mails. This is still an issue. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"The best, most complete solution for SMBs and micro-businesses"
What do you like best about Coro Cybersecurity?

I really enjoy having a single pane of glass to review everything in - EDR, content security, email gateway and SASE. Coro runs in the background of all of our Macs and doesn't bloat the OS or slow us down. We're able to deploy the Coro agent through Mosyle to all of our Macs with ease making integration with our tech stack pretty painless. When we need to get some help or have a question answered, both the support team and our account rep are extremely responsive. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Coro Cybersecurity?

The only thing I can say I dislike is how Coro handles spam filtration. It would be nice if you could approve a message from quarantine directly from the email with a single click, but you still have to log into the admin portal and approve it from there. Kind of annoying, but not the end of the world either.

The SASE agent does not yet have the ability to list trusted networks, so we need to toggle the VPN connection off and on as needed. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Y. Brandriss of Coro Cybersecurity

We’re glad to hear that Coro’s unified platform, lightweight agent, and ease of deployment meet your needs. We’re happy that Coro has made it easier to protect your Mac environment and client data while integrating smoothly with your tech stack. We appreciate your suggestions for improving our products.

"Coro is a vital extension of our cyber security team"
What do you like best about Coro Cybersecurity?

From start to finish, working with Coro has been a great experience. Their sales and support teams are highly responsive and proactive, ensuring we receive the support and service we need. Coro goes beyond just endpoint protection for our on-premises environment. It provides a geofence to monitor for unusual traffic from outside the country, provides user data governance, and email security for both our Google Workspace and Microsoft 365 environments. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Coro Cybersecurity?

The main drawback, if you can call it that, is the inability to interact directly with the Bitdefender agent on local machines to schedule scans or manually scan files and folders without logging into the web console. The ability to perform on-demand scans directly from the machine would be a valuable addition. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Josh K of Coro Cybersecurity

Wow, that was really nice of you to say! We're delighted to make people like you happy, Jeremy. If you ever want to hop on a call and give us more details about how we can improve, we'd love to talk. Thanks again for the wonderful review; we're glad to keep you safe.

"Security Software I Can Understand"
What do you like best about Coro Cybersecurity?

The dashboard, reports, and ticket responses are all things that I can understand. The presence of the SOC is important since we only have three people in IT. and we are also teachers and have other jobs at the school. We are not always immediately available when there is a security incident. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Coro Cybersecurity?

I haven't found a good way to use the Access Permission Violations that are triggered when someone from outside the US accesses an account. Several of the students use VPNs, and there is a lot of foreign travel, so I get a lot of false alerts. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Y. Brandriss of Coro Cybersecurity

Hi Gregory, It's great to hear that Coro has made security management more accessible while balancing multiple roles, helping you meet insurance requirements and providing the visibility and confidence. Your feedback is important to us.

What do you like best about Coro Cybersecurity?

Coro's security platform has been a game-changer for our organization. As a small business with limited IT resources, we were struggling to keep up with the ever-evolving threat landscape. Coro's all-in-one solution has simplified our security stack, providing comprehensive protection for our endpoints, email, and cloud applications.

Here's what we love about Coro:

Ease of Use: Coro's intuitive interface makes it incredibly easy to manage our security posture, even without a dedicated IT team. The platform's automation features have saved us countless hours of manual work, allowing us to focus on our core business.

Comprehensive Protection: Coro's multi-layered approach to security provides peace of mind, knowing that our critical assets are protected from a wide range of threats. We've been particularly impressed with the email security module, which has dramatically reduced the number of phishing attempts reaching our inboxes.

Affordability: Coro's pricing model is very competitive, making enterprise-grade security accessible to small businesses like ours. The modular approach allows us to choose the features we need, paying only for what we use.

Excellent Support: Coro's support team has been incredibly responsive and helpful whenever we've had questions or issues. Their knowledge and expertise have been invaluable in ensuring our security strategy is optimized. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Coro Cybersecurity?

Overall, we're extremely satisfied with Coro's security platform. It's a powerful, user-friendly, and affordable solution that has significantly improved our security posture. We highly recommend it to any small business looking for a comprehensive and easy-to-manage security solution. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Rachel Cheyfitz of Coro Cybersecurity

"One of my favorite vendors"
What do you like best about Coro Cybersecurity?

I've been using Coro Cybersecurity for a couple of years and have been very pleased. Coro was simple and fast to implement to all user/devices in our company. Having a central view and being able to remotely resolve alerts is a HUGE time saver for my team, since we have locations in multiple metropolitan areas. We've learned a lot about user behavior and been able to resolve things proactively vs waiting for user reports of possible issues. Overall, it’s a solid solution that actually delivers on what it promises. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Coro Cybersecurity?

As with any cybersecurity platform, there are occasional false positives, but it's easy to create rules around them as they occur. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Y. Brandriss of Coro Cybersecurity

Hi William, Thank you for considering Coro one of your favorite vendors. We truly appreciate your trust and partnership. We’re glad that Coro has made it easier for your team to manage security across multiple locations and resolve issues proactively. It’s especially meaningful to us that you feel that Coro delivers on what it promises—that’s exactly what we strive to achieve.

"Coro is a Fantastic Managed EDR (Endpoint Detection & Response) System"
What do you like best about Coro Cybersecurity?

The product is super simple to use, and you can essentially set it and forget it. It will proactively email alerts to you, and their team can also take action on your behalf if you prefer that.

The best thing is their Customer Success team. You get a dedicated person who works to help implement and will also support your end users in setting the system up if you prefer a white-glove treatment or don't have a deep team to manage deployment. We have been incredibly pleased by Madi Fittanto, who has gone above and beyond multiple times.

While this is not the traditional system you spend thousands annually on, it's an incredible value and perfectly meets our needs for compliance with our cybersecurity insurance policy. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Coro Cybersecurity?

The only downside to Coro is its simplicity (which is also a big selling point). If you want full, detailed system logs, the support team must provide them. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Y. Brandriss of Coro Cybersecurity

Hi Lonnie,

We appreciate your review! Knowing that Coro has provided both value and compliance support for your cybersecurity insurance requirements is rewarding. We’re pleased Coro’s managed EDR aligns with your needs and helps your team focus on higher-priority tasks. We’re also pleased that Madi and the Customer Success team delivered exceptional service during setup and ongoing support. We’ll continue to work on improving features to meet evolving needs.

"Coro - peace of mind"
What do you like best about Coro Cybersecurity?

I love the fact that it just works, it has a high level of success rate in capturing everything we want to block, and if sometimes it blocks something that wasn't supposed to be blocked then the dashboard makes it super simple to back in and either whitelist it, or restore it to the users mailbox. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Coro Cybersecurity?

I have less things to complain about, and just let things happen in the background. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Y. Brandriss of Coro Cybersecurity

Hi Michael, Thank you for your feedback! We’re glad that Coro delivers the peace of mind you need by simplifying remediation and protecting your organization. It sounds like having “less to complain about” is a win in itself - we’ll take that as a good sign.
