"Awesome tool that now is even better with backup available and configuration manager which allow entra ID to be match to industry."
What do you like best about CoreView?

Configuration manager lets you setup Entra ID to industry or how most setup Entra and see how your company see if it setup as most to get full security up and running. Allows you to backup the Entra configuration you have for easy to fix if changes made that were not approved. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about CoreView?

No, they have even added backup and improved workflows around threat Intelligence. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Agile Framework for Managing M365"
What do you like best about CoreView?

CoreView is lightning fast when it comes to reporting. What would normally take hours to retrieve using a PowerShell script can be obtained in CoreView in a matter of minutes. The ability to do custom actions (especially PowerShell scripting) as a part of a workflow is great, because then it allows a lower-level admin to run a workflow in a more protected environment, rather than handing over a PowerShell script. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about CoreView?

The User Cards are awesome; however, I wish the information on the cards could be easily exported. For example, Security may ask for a report on a specific user, and which mailboxes they can access. The information is readily available on the User Card, but not exportable to an Excel file, so it's not helpful. I know it can be found by other methods in CoreView, but those other methods are so time consuming that I end up falling back to PowerShell to perform this action. The same applies to groups or other lists on the User Card - make those sections exportable! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"everything you need for doing maintenance on your tenant"
What do you like best about CoreView?

On CoreView the action that we use and we love more is the Operator and Virtual tenant Settings. This allow you to give the specific Rights to other user (such as IT colleagues) and let them manage just their domain or just enable a reset password action on whole tenant. Customer Support is really fast and complete! I used it more than one time and everytime they are ready and really prepared. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about CoreView?

The synchronization between M365 admin console and CoreView console is little slow, but it is faster than some years ago so they are improving it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Coreview: Easy to User for Everyone!"
What do you like best about CoreView?

What I find best about Coreview would be how easy it is for all users to use, no matter the skill level need. Coreview has become a staple within our infrastructure, as this has been integral in making our active directory use seemless. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about CoreView?

The only con of using Coreview would be needing to find where work flows fail and how to read that information and such. Sometimes its hard to figure out where the issue is occuring, which makes resolution difficult. Instances are few however. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Emily Crouch of CoreView

Thank you for sharing your positive experience with CoreView! We're thrilled to hear that you find it user-friendly and essential for your infrastructure. We understand the challenges you face in identifying workflow issues and are continuously working to improve our platform's usability.
