What do you like best about Corpay Cross-Border?

The Corpay platform is much easier to use than that of our bank. The service team gets new beneficiaries set up for me same day (and I have the capability to do it instantly myself) and I can send funds internationally in minutes. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Easing the borders between payments to outside countries"

What do you like best about Corpay Cross-Border?

I have been utelizing Corpay for about 13 years and use it daily. The best thing about this product is the ease of use and that it cuts down the time you are handling the invoices. They confirm that the invoice is not a duplicate, they process the currency conversion and send the file for you to upload into your software. This opens your time up for additional tasks. Our contacts at Corpay are always very helpful and very responsive. There is nothing you need to add on your computer as it is all done through a website and they work with multiple softwares and they are able to integrate their processes for you based on your companies individual needs. We recently moved from a software we had been using a long time to a new one, and they helped make the move easier for us. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Corpay Cross-Border?

Over the last year there have been a few changes put in place, although I understand them from a business standpoint, the one that has been difficult is the 6 month contract rolling. Although this is for invoices that are unpaid for a long time, this is hard for our company to handle as we do holds in order to collect from clients before we pay our mutual accounts. Although you can pull the information from the website, I feel like what I am looking at on the website doesnt match what is sent to me in the email that is giving me a warning about the roll and then you get charged very quickly after you get their email, not allowing time to try to clean up the items. If they could provide the email a week or two out which would allow you to work on the items this would be helpful. Lastly, the email I receive and the ones they charge for do not always match up, so this is a very confusing process. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Corpay Cross-Border solving and how is that benefiting you?

We utelize Corpay for processing our foreign invoices. These invoices are both in US currency and Foreign currency (handling the exchange rates) and they have made this process so easy. They verify if they are duplicates and that they are coded properly for our software. They also handle our payment of these invoices. This has cut down the amount of time we are spending handling these invoices as we send them over, and if anything is missing, we only have to deal with the ones with issues. Since we process a high volume of invoices, this helps us by saving time and allowing us to work on other matters. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The best thing is Tyler! Aside from his hand-holding and immediate responsiveness, the system does what it should and works well. We are very happy with the program and the customer service.
