I love how easy this is to send quality gifts to our clients and employees throughout the year. I use it for bulk gifting at christmas and one-off gifts as needed. I used to spend days planning and creating christmas gifts for our clients, now it's done in a morning. I love that we are still able to show our partners thanks and give them a gift without the stress! In previous years, it was always a struggle trying to come up with a holiday gift that would appease everyone. No matter how hard you tried, there would always be someone who wished we'd given something else. With the Corporate Gift "Let Them Choose" option, we know our clients are getting a gift they enjoy because they got to chose it themselves! The process is easy to set up as well. you either manually enter the recipients email or easily upload a document listing the recipients. You can add your own message or choose from a list of recommended greetings. My favorite feature is that you are able to track the progress of your gifts as well. It will inform you if they've viewed the email, if they've selected their gift, etc. You don't have to worry "did they get the email?" I do wish that you could select gift prices as a specific dollar amount in the Let Them Choose category. I understand it it would limit options but it would also eliminate the need to charge maximum amounts and then issue refunds. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I can let them choose! Instead of trying to plan something that works for everyone, I can leave it to the individual to choose what is best for them. The timing was a bit clunky. I was wanting to setup my gift giving and send out personal links immediately. Ultimately I had to wait a few hours before the individual links were activated. No real problem, just left me wondering if I did something wrong for a bit. I reached customer support about it and they got me on the right track right away. I also love their option to let the recipient choose. It takes away all the decision making struggle of what to choose as a gift, and most people love a choice! I opted to select a max dollar amount and allow my employees to select a gift of their choice. They were all very appreciative of being able to choose from great options, and everyone found something nice in a relatively short period of time. At first I was a little put off because I was confused about how the shipping was estimated, which basically doubled the total amount charged to my card. However, it makes perfect business sense. I did have to put a two week time limit for my employees to make their selection in order to see any balance returned to my card.
