What do you like best about CorporateGift.com?

I like the ease of use, and selection, and the fact that I can allow my staff to choose their own gifts and have them sent directly to their homes. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about CorporateGift.com?

Last time I ordered (a week ago) I didn't see an option to add my own personalized message, and the canned messaging that auto-populated the welcome note to my staff member, had a typo and didn't structurally make sense as a sentence. I did end up getting help, but it took a while, and in the end the solution was just to remove the "welcome" page, instead of changing the messaging (which I was dissappointed about, but it was better than sending the slpooy message.). What do you like best about CorporateGift.com?

The Customer Service is amazing- I spoke with Omer a few times and he answered all of my questions, was SUPER friendly and always helpful, and each email always received a quick and thorough response. The site itself is EASY to navigate, the explainations of cost break down are phenomenal and the bulk upload makes live super easy! I love how easy CorporateGift.com made it to send multiple gifts to clients via email and let them pick their gift and provide the best delivery address. This platform turned the dreary task of doom-scrolling through dozens of gift sites trying to pick the one gift that will displease the fewest people into a breeze! No longer do I have to buy a one-size-fits-all solution: the selection and price ranges were all perfect and endlessly customizable.
