Our primary support contacts are responsive and knowledgeable. Using the Corsica team as a force multiplier for EDI integration projects is a no brainer. EDI services and integration are still a new offering for Corsica Tech, but the team we work with came from a prior partner. Since it is a bigger company sometimes it feels that you can't get support fast enough, especially if they are busy or have fewer people available it can take a moment to get a critial issue resolved.
