We've used the CozyRoc product for nearly a decade. It is integrated into at least 100 different sql jobs for various types of tasks. Our main usage case is sending/receiving files via sftp, but we do use other features like the APIs, Excel, and scripting to name a few. Overall, the product has become invaluable to us for securely sending data and assuring that we are HIPAA compliant with everything we do. In the instances where we have had troubles - and I must stress that we've had about 2 legit bugs in our decade of usage and most other issues were feature requests - the CozyRoc team has been extremely responsive and has assisted us in getting back up and running again quickly. Our biggest issue is on the dev side, with how we have our environment configured. If we're developing projects that use CozyRoc, we only have the license on the server and we have to login there to use those features. Likewise, if we're trying to review a package that has cozyroc and we don't have it installed, you have to use the server for modifying the package. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

COZYROC helped our ETL team quickly decrypt PGP encrypted files and move files to a network file archive when done. We used to do this manually but with this tool, we can automate our load processes since we currently load about 100 files per day in our Microsoft SQL Server databases. I do not like the fact that I need to re-license software annually. I understand we are only purchasing software from year to year, but we should not have to use new license key. Why can't existing license expiration date just be pushed out annually? Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

We've been using COZYROC components for many years for business-critical solutions. They just work. We have used the FTP, SQL, and Salesforce components regularly. Upgrades are pretty easy, and support has been helpful the few times we've needed it. The solutions we use the components on are daily and some are hourly.

Some components can be tricky to figure out the process of flow but taking the time to read the docs help. I suppose some are not intuitive.

We deal with excel files a lot. Using standard Microsoft SSIS driver is not acceptable, where data of the column determined by analysing first 8 rows of data. Then Cozyroc SSIS Plus solution comes to the rescue. We have been using Cozyroc for years, and it was time to upgrade the solution to new version of Visual Studio.
