Crisp continues to build upon their core business, creating new retail connectors and branching out into EDI connections. Additionally, they are investing in creating strong, out of the box, dashboards for their clients to get more value out of the data. With all of this normalized data, Crisp understands that AI will be a strong component of their product offering in the future and has published open source AI notebooks for clients to leverage as a starting point for our internal AI initiatives. Further normalization across different datasets. While the underlying data across data sources may be different, it would be nice to see frameworks of normalization across different datasets above what exists today. Today, there are aggregated sales and inventory tables across multiple retailers, but for a channel such as Amazon, is there a way to combine multiple Amazon accounts together? Vendor Central and seller central combined? Amazon sales and inventory in addition to Amazon Ad data? Pushing into further use cases here would be helpful. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
