The User Interface is fairly straightforward, with the option of operating from a very surface level of engagement, to really doing a deep dive and customizing content and aesthetic in a meaningful way. The content library is robust, and it's easy to pickup, even for those that aren't as technologically savvy. There could be some quality of life improvements, such as being able to modify content more easily in the middle of a live experience. We recently used Crowdpurr for a company trivia event, and it was a huge success! From an admin perspective, I really appreciated the flexibility of their monthly plans. It was perfect for one-time or occasional events without the commitment of an annual subscription.

We had a large group, so we went with the Premium version, which gave us full customization options. We were able to incorporate our company logo and tailor the trivia to our team, which made the experience feel even more personalized and engaging.

On the participant side, it was incredibly easy to join. Everyone simply scanned a QR code or entered a short game code on the Crowdpurr website. No app download required, which made access seamless.

From an admin perspective, there was a bit of a learning curve at first while navigating the dashboard and figuring out how to create and launch the game, but once I got the hang of it, it was super smooth and intuitive.

One feature I really appreciated was the ability to have multiple admins working on the event. My co-host and I were both involved in building out questions and uploading images. However, we did notice a limitation: only one person could actively edit at a time. When my partner was working, I could see her changes happening live on my screen (e.g., switching questions), which made it difficult to work on different parts of the game simultaneously. It would be amazing if future versions allowed independent editing or the ability to lock sections while one person is editing.

Crowdpurr's library of preloaded Trivia and BINGO themes makes it EASY and FAST to get up and running. I had used them with my previous company and did not hesitate to bring them to my new company when we wanted FUN and ENGAGING Pride month activities. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

One bug we saw is that if you ESC out of Trivia while a question is running, it resets to the top of the time allotted when you return - opening up opportunity for participant to look up an answer and get higher number of points. Using careful crafted ChatGPT requests, I could directly get sets of CSVs conform to the Crowdpurr expectations and quickly iterate tweaking the quizz until I was satisfied. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The source of images is limited to a set of specific sources, so I could not include the images in the import process. I had to manually provide them after I was satisfied with the set of questions I had prepared.

I absolutely loved utilizing Crowdpurr for our company event. It was very easy to use. We had a virtual company event of about 50 employees and the platform allowed us to play bingo, trivia and much more. We didn't have to worry about any issues at all. I called in a few times to ask questions and the customer service is wonderful and took the time to answer all my questions.
