What do you like best about Crunchtime?

Always felt that the ability to drill down on variances on a micro-level is Crunchtime's biggest asset. ROI is always going to be the driving factor when considering a data management partner. Identifying areas of waste and putting a system in place to rectify becomes an easy cost savings solution when using Crunchtime. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Crunchtime?

The lack of consistency from Menu Screen to Menu Screen. Important to remember the high turnover rate in this industry, the more consistent the screen layout, the quicker the end-user becomes familiar and comfortable with the system. This applies to both EM and Net-Chef. Even submenu's under the same menu screen are different than one another. I know this may have improved over new releases, it is much appreciated.

A constant issue for us is drastic price changes skewing cost. I notice every week, drastic price changes due to invoice errors. While I understand they're end-user errors that need to be minimized, after invoices are corrected within the same day or next day, we still run into average cost being off constantly. Products depleted at the wrong price then require a rerun of menu mix that create extra work. Would love the ability to get an email alert on drastic cost changes to rectify inaccurate cost depletions more timely. The system can be unforgiving to user errors. We are sorry to hear about end-user errors causing invoice errors. At this time we do not offer email alerts, but there are reports available to show cost discrepancies. As we improve our platform, we are continuously looking for stronger automations and tighter integrations with vendor partners to eliminate the need for manual entry and reduce user error.

What do you like best about Crunchtime?

The scheduling on teamworx is much easier than our old company. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Crunchtime?

The Teamworx mobile app has some flaws for example the Managers not being able to see their own schedules or request time off through the mobile app. They have a limited options they can view and some people can’t even open the teamworx app it just load indefinitely and never opens. Hi there! We are glad to hear that scheduling using Crunchtime is an easier and better experience for you than with a previous vendor. I brought up your feedback to our team and they mentioned that your managers can actually view their schedule on the "My Schedule" page and request time off by using the "My Time" page on the mobile app. I'm sorry if your managers are currently experiencing trouble with that, though. If you think it's a configuration issue, I recommend reaching out to your company's help desk first. If needed, they can escalate the issue to our support team. What do you like best about Crunchtime?

I really enjoy the UI and the layout the new update has provided. The buttons are bigger, the quick links are tools my business uses daily and I really enjoy the tasks UI being apart of the dadhboard. I know it was jointed together previously but considering almost everything is on the dashboard is help. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Crunchtime?

Though, with the layout being as it is, training people can be a bit confusing as more tools that cater to our business more are not as easy to find via the quick links provided.

I don't also find it helpful that when an accident does occur, like ordering a truck and cancelling it-- the order still goes through. I have immediately canceled an order right after submitting as well. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
