We like their system, but their staff suck Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Dutchie transitioned to a new payment portal and missed taking a payment with our card they had on file. They claimed we missed an invoice and so we tried querying with them many times via email. No responses via email at all for months. When we call them since they're not responding they claim it was for a different month. Either way they could have taken payment. Instead they hire a collections agent. Keep in mind we have paid them monthly for years and still do.
Today a collections agent calls me on my vacation over this outstanding invoice.
