What do you like best about Daktela?

Very easy to use and implement. We use it on a daily basis for monitoring and managing customer support related tasks, as well as agent performance. We have all the required features in one place.

What do you like best about Daktela?

A proven system that can handle the toughest demands. We have been using it for five years now and we really have only the best experience. It is a solution that is also used by customer support, which has hundreds of operators, so everything works perfectly. The system is not only clear, but frequently updated and allows for individual settings that any larger company will appreciate.

We use a complete portfolio of services, i.e. customer support via email, live chat, telephones, switchboard and smart assistant.

We manage more than 400,000 tickets every year and there are dozens of operators working in the system. The implementation of the solution is very simple. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Daktela?

Daktela offers a complete solution with telephony, email, chat, all under one roof. I definitely recommend it!

What do you dislike about Daktela?

Some of the settings require more time to understand and also to set up rightly. It's not explicitly a bad thing, it offers a lot of options, but sometimes it's harder to set up the tool the way you need. What do you like best about Daktela?

Extremely easy-to-use, deployable cloud-based call center software that can be used equally anywhere in the world.

From a managerial point of view - thanks to the wallboard and the dashboard, the work of the entire team and the status of the tasks can be seen at any moment.

Reporting: it has the most effortless reporting function I've ever worked with. All work processes can be reported at the team, individual and channel level, providing immediate help for monitoring KPIs and organizing work.

At operator level: easy to learn, easy to use, can be installed on all hardware: laptop, PC, tablet, mobile phone - supports work in the home office. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Daktela?

Regulation of breaks - we would need a function that would guarantee that 30% of the operators could take a break at the same time. /a 10-minute break per hour is a legal obligation, plus one 30-minute lunch break/.

Assigning chats to operators - unfortunately, the chat is assigned to those clerks who are currently talking to customers on another channel.

The agent currently in idle status does not receive chat. Because of this, the operators who are currently on the line often do not notice their assigned chat message. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Daktela?

The platform is designed in a way that it is very easy to keep everything arranged. Merge and sort tickets; also, I appreciate various forms of communication with customers through one platform - Messenger, Email, Phone and others. Another thing I like is constant updates - the system is being improved, which is a very good sign for me, so we all keep updating and getting better; it is not frozen in time :) Recently they implemented Chat GTP; this is awesome! Search works very well; if you remember only one word from your email that is more specific, you can type it in the search, and you will find the ticket or email you are looking for.
