What do you like best about DashThis?

DashThis has made reviewing our analytics and other metrics an absolute breeze. Rather than having to open multiple programs and sift through all of their windows, DashThis has it all available for us to review. The weakness of DashThis is that it requires knowledge of the other programs it's pulling information from. If someone on our team is unfamiliar with one of the programs that DashThis is presenting, it can lead to some reporting issues. So, it's more of a knowledge failing rather than a performance. Your dashboards are fantastic; they're easy to understand and facilitate rapid information sharing, and the application itself is excellent for business analysis. My approach to presenting and analyzing the effectiveness of my marketing initiatives has been completely transformed by its data visualization and reporting capabilities. DashThis is super user friendly. I am someone who doesn't know too much about Data Dashboards, but this platform was super easy to use. On top of that, each DashThis account has a product specialists assigned to it. The product specialists are very easy to work with and do a great job of breaking down the dashboard. "My Favorite Metrics Program"

We have been using DashThis for several years for metrics reports for our clients. We can pull in just about any platform we use, whether social media accounts or email marketing. What do you like best about DashThis?

The interface is incredibly user-friendly, making it easy to navigate and find the information you need quickly even for our junior consultants. The dashboard is customizable, so you can choose which metrics you want to track and create personalized reports to share with clients.

What really sets this dashboard apart is its ability to track multiple channels at once with so many integrations, that other Dashboards doesn't support. From different social media channels to email campaigns, SEO to PPC, you can see all of your data in one place, and compare performance across different channels. This level of insight is invaluable for optimizing your marketing efforts and making data-driven decisions, but also to provide valuable insigts to all our clients.

We've been using DashThis for 3 years at our digital marketing agency (plutonic.dk), and what baffles me the most is the level of customer support you get. With 3 years behind as a customer and an ever growing industry with new channels and integrations to come it is inevitable that there will be no questions from our side. So once in a while when we had some issues or questions DashThis has always been quick to reply and come to assistance, which is really nice. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about DashThis?

There is not much to dislike about DashThis, and it is also hard to pinpoint anything, since we been a happy customer for almost 3 years. In Denmark almost everyone speaks English fluently, so it's not really an issue having data visualized in that language, but once in a while you have a client that wants everything in Danish and although it's possible to edit the text in widgets, headers etc. it can take a while.
