I only "like" the idea of Dashclicks as it would be a great business model. The problem is they have no quality assurance, and seemingly no real experience with the deliverables. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Where do I even start? In under 2 months they have:
-Broken the navigation of one of my client sites that has been perfectly fine for over a year. Suddenly now the navigation bar which they had no business messing with is totally ruined and i had to fix at my own expense.
-Their email notification system is paramount to communication with the so called team. However, since day 1 the link in each email does not bring me to the message on the project and its up to me to filter through each one and see what may be waiting on me. Regardless of my complaints they never attempted to troubleshoot or fix this issue.
- They published at least one blog post to a client site that has nothing to do with their work or business. This can harm seo and the client trust.
-They offered me a keyword list for a client that was actually for another business entirely. Ooops they said, common mistake.
-They included a backlink for a backlink package that doesn't even exist. The site is not taking new listings at all.
- The keyword research for another project contained completely erroneous kw in it that no SEO would ever dare share with a client.
Bottom line is that this service is trash. Yes its cheap, no you cannon grow a reputable agency by using dashclicks for backend support period. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
